I'm having trouble with a validation rule with the following business logic:
User profile: $Profile.Name <>"ServiceAccounts",
Training Method is null: ISBLANK(TEXT(Training_Delivery__c))
AND
Educator Type (Training__c) field values are:
"CPT",
"CC"
"IT"
"ST"
Status (Status__c) Field values are:
"Complete"
"Rejected"
"Submitted"
"Approved"
"Paid"
I've tried variations of the logic with no success. Here is a snippet of what I am currently trying. Any help is appreciated:

ISBLANK(TEXT(Training_Delivery__c)),

Hi Jared, You need an OR around your other picklist values for Training__c:
