Will appreciate if someone lends a helping hand on this issue I am facing.
I have created a Process builder to 'Stopped' (pause) milestone when status is moved to 'Awaiting Clarification'.
However, when I move to 'Awaiting Clarification', the milestone continues running and the milestone timer disappears even though the stopped checkbox in the detail page is showing its ticked.
Any ideas on why this is happening?
