In Partner community,I have Leads and Opportunity Object

On Opportunity Object Post and Poll chatter option has automatically come up.

 

But on Lead object Chatter has not come up.It shows that the user dont have access to chatter.But both objects configuration is similar.Please guide me as how to bring up chatter functionality on Lead object.

    Did you enable feed tracking for Lead object? If not please do enable it.
