I would like Middle Name to be added to the Name field in lookup search results

For a Dutch org we enabled middle names to allow 'tussenvoegsels', which are common in our names. I've already understood that middle names are not included in the 'full name' filter on reports and that there's no fix. But we would like to include the middle name in the name field within lookup search results. For instance, my name is Paulien van der Krift and "van der" is the value in the middle name field. But when I wish to change the record owner to myself and I enter my first name to search, the search results show only "Paulien Krift". Is it possible to include the middle name so the lookup search results show "Paulien van der Krift"?

    The best thing we can do is to add the middle name in the available fields for search results.
