I have created a flow. And in some cases, my checkbox is returning a Null instead of False when unchecked which is then creating an error for updating a record. Can you help?

A Salesforcve checkbox has 3 possible values - true, false and null!
If a checkbox is unassigned a value, it is null (not false)

for your use case, you have a few options:
1. Ensure the checkbox has a default value assigned when created - this way it's never null
2. add null checks in your flow and decide what to do in those cases (eg treat null as false)
