Once a quote document is generated, can there be editable or free-form parts of the document that the user could fill after its generated? Or is the only solution to this is to create the fields on the quote itself and have the end user fill those out before generating the doc?
You will need to create the fields in the quote or quote line item (depending on where you need it) record and have the reps filling that out before generating the PDF
