I have a Data.com (http://Data.com" target="_blank) question that's really stumping me.

I created 3 custom fields that are mapped to Data.com (http://Data.com" target="_blank) fields (Fortune 1000 Rank, S&P 500, Location Size), so that I can bring over the information on the D&B Company record when I clean a record. I have mapped them accordingly.

When I go into Clean Preferences to say whether I want them to be flagged/overwritten, it doesn't show these 3 fields at all. The fields are visible to the Admin profile, so I should see them.

Also, Data.com Clean is enabled but even when I press 'Clean' the mapped fields aren't populated.

Why aren't custom mapped D&B account fields showing up in clean preferences?

    Hello Alex-Andre,

Thanks for starting a support case about this issue. Just wanted to share the information provided by the support agent to benefit others in the community with similar questions. The support agent advised that:

    - Clean does not update Fortune 1000 Rank, S&P 500, Location Size.

    - If you look at the Field Mapping section in Data.com Admin, Clean will only update the standard fields from Company Name to Company Description.

    - The fields that you created; Fortune 1000 Rank, S&P 500, Location Size, on your Account records will pull from the D&B Company Record.

    - Field Mapping: Once implemented those fields will only populate new info on new records going forward and will not update any records already existing in your Salesforce org.
