Is there a way to edit a report that was created by my ex-colleague? He left the company, we want to edit/add some columns to the report.

Hi Vishnu,
As long as you have access to edit reports from that folder (ie it's either shared to you and/or is not My Personal Report folder) and you have the ability to edit normally, you should be able to. Are you an admin? If not, check with your admin. If so, check the report folder that the report is shared properly by hovering to the right of the report folder which should bring up a blue pin icon and select Sharing. That will tell you who the folder is shared to.
