Workflow HELP

I want to create a workflow rule that auto upodates a checkbox field when specififc users own a lead. This is what I have so far and it is not currently working.

Can you try with this Formula for the Workflow Rule =
CASE(
Owner:User.LastName,
"Washburn", 1,
"Gregoire", 1,
"Hilyard", 1,
0
) == 1
