I am currently trying to set up LiveMessage and as a system admin it works perfectly.
I am trying to set up another user with a different profile and I get the following error: “Can't assign the permission set Messaging Permission Set to user Jessica. The user license doesn't allow the permission: Configure Messaging”
The main problem is that the App Permissions “Configure Messaging” and “Messaging Agent” won’t let me assign the permission set to users without the sys admin profile.
Does anyone know why this is occurring?

I encountered same issue when I tried this Trailhead
: Build an Experience Cloud Site with Knowledge and Messaging for In-App and Web .
This Trailhead needs special Developer Edition Org with Messaging but I missed this introduction.
If you encountered same issue in the Trailhead, please check the org you used.
