I tried using a Contacts>Activities Report, but many of the contacts are duplicates because of multiple activities last completed on the same date. I basically want the exact same report that comes with Salesforce in the Accounts and Contacts folder -- called "Accounts with Last Activity > 30 Days" -- but I want it to show me CONTACTS whose last Activity is > 30 Days. And I want to be able to add both ACCOUNT Filters (to include only Customer accounts) and CONTACT Filters (so it includes only certain types of contacts according to a custom Contact field). This shouldn't be so difficult.
Janaid: What if we only have Salesforce Professional edition (not Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited or Developer)? That means I don't have access to cross filters, right?
