Can I link the Accounts in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud? It's the same accounts that I work with, and I want to be able to see the service history when I am writing sales-related emails and vice versa.

 

Do I need to import them and update them separately in both systems? 

 

Or should I just use service cloud for my existing customers... even if I am sending them sales emails? 

 

Perhaps this is very basic.. but I would appreciate any help!

    Sales Cloud and Service Cloud are on different Salesforce instances?
