I used the Campaign with Influenced Opportunities report in order to see which contacts within that campaign have opportunites; however, it seems to only be reporting opportunities that were made after the campaign was made. Is there anyway to pull ALL of the opportunities the contacts (within the campaign) have ever made?

There's a standard field on the Opportunity object called Primary Campaign Source that allows you to connect an Opportunity to a Campaign, have you tried using that?
