Actually we need a formula of win rate by qty. like this, but in the formula field selection we could only choose sum of particular field but not a single field value like below blue line underlined fields.
Could you please help us how to get formula for win rate by product quantity

You will need to create a custom formula field on the Opportunity Product object.
Please follow the below steps
Create a Custom formula field
field Label: WonQuantity
Formula return Type Number (0 Decimal places)formula is
IF(
Opportunity.IsWon,
Quantity ,
0
)
Now Create a custom summary formula field on the Report and the formula will be
OpportunityLineItem.WonQuantity__c:SUM/QUANTITY:SUM
