Customize User information in related list while using a many-to-many junction object

I have built a many to many junction object for assigning team members to a custom job object. As it is impossible to have the junction object create a master-detail relationship with the default User object, you can not display any of its fields besides the name. Is there a way around this limitiaton?

    Hi Sam,

     

    You could add some formulas on your junction object that pick fields up from the user. I'm not sure where you'd like to display them, but hopefully you could use the formulas instead.
