The goal is that when the Parent Account status is changed to "Terminated" I want all of the child accounts to have their status set to "Terminated" as well. But there's a catch, we have 6 fields that must be filled out upon marking a status as Terminated, so there is a validation rule requiring all 6 fields to be filled out before marking the status as Terminated.
When I built this in the process builder, the logic I made says when the Parent Account related to the current Account has it's status changed, and the status equals Terminated, then update the 6 fields on the current Account to reference whatever value is in those fields on the Parent Account, and update the status to Terminated on the current account as well.
When I try to update a parent account now with that process activated, it gives me the following error: The flow failed to access the value for myVariable_old.Parent.Account_Status__c because it hasn't been set or assigned.
Any ideas?

Travis, since it has to loop through all related records, you would need to use a trigger or flow, to my knowledge.
