How do I delete certain Account Team members only on some Accounts using Data Loader?

Question

I would like to remove some members on Account Teams using Data Loader. On the Deletion Function on Data Loader the only field to map is ID? This would be all Account Team Members on that Account will be deleted - is there another way this can be done without having to lose the whole Account Team?
