Here in the success community we can only offer suggestions and advice. We don't have access to your Salesforce org or data. If you have questions on how to adjust role heirarchy or need to learn how to change record owners ask away and we can point you in the right direction. Additionally, if you can open support tickets with Salesforce in Help and Training, however, they too offer troubleshooting and not too much data management.
