When using Pardot Email Builder, I need to insert the HML (merge tag) Unsubscribe. When I send myself a test email, the tag is replaced with a long string URL.
Colleague at my organization also confirms that the link is also sent to non-test emails (i.e., real emails to a list).
How do you remove the URL and replace with a hyperlinked text called "Unsubscribe"?

By the way, pi.pardot.com is not Classic specific thing, you can use it with Lightning as well. But it's different from Pardot Lightning App.
