Got a column in a report that I can't call into the chart. It's a number field, but in the report it doesn't sum at the top or bottom of the report. When I try to add it to the chart, the pull down to 'plot additional values' only offers 'Record Count'

    Lookign at your screenshot, you have not summarized the report by Budget Amount.
