"text": "Thank you Vrundali - I tried to create a label for a blank default value however this unfortunately did not solve the problem. When you create a label for a blank default value it then becomes a selectable option in the drop down form. In our case the placeholder should be CRM and the selectable options should be Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot, Oracle CRM etc. This means that a visitor could select \"CRM\" as their CRM vendor. Edit the form field, on \"Values\" tab click on the \"A\" next to the top blank value to show the label, place the field name here and save. Now the blank value at the top will have the value of the field name and be shown.",

Hi - I work for an AI start up that's building a sales productivity app. I'm trying to add a placeholder name on a pardot drop down form field. Does anyone have a solution?
