Reporting and/or dashboard for Setup Audit Trail

Question

I have a requirement to institute a periodic review of the Setup Audit Trail in order to make certain that there are not any unintended or approved changes to certain sensitive configuration areas.  I know that I can download the Setup Audit Trail and review it in Excel, but it would be nice if there was a way to build reports and a dashboard around the information, and this could be scheduled to send to certain parties on a periodic basis.  I have not been able to find anywhere that it is possible to report on the Setup Audit Trail, did I miss it somewhere?  Is there an AppExchange solution or something that can help with this?  Thank you.
