I have a major issue. I have the Lightning Experience User UNCHECKED in a custom profile. When my user views on his ipad via the brower he is in classic, but when he logs in via his personal computer, he defaults to lightning and can not switch. Please help, this is confusing my users as they have been trained in classic. We have the Professional Edition.
No permission sets assigned to user and nothing else is checked to make users use lightning. I do not want them to even be able to see lightning at this time and the box is unchecked so they should not be seeing it at all.
