Both First and Last Name and email match. Why isn't their SF account syncing with Pardot?

It could be a few things. did you check this over yet? https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=pardot_prospect_syncing_between_pardot_and_salesforce.htm&type=0
Also how often does your sync run? Have you tried to manually sync in salesforce?
