I create a Chatter Free User , to warn a coworker every time a change happens on an account, but he does not receive an email notification.
I check his sitting and everything is checked, but still no email.
Any idea ?

No, they can receive Chatter email notifications and digests, your administrator must enable email notifications for your organization.
