Account Lookup , not editable in CaseDear All, 

 

The Account field is not editable on the case layout. I can edit it as an admin  but my user can t. I check the security and the filed is suppose to be ediatable for all the profiles. Any idea

    Hi,

     

    Have you checked the page layout to make sure that on the page layout it is not set as read only.

     

    Also, double checked to make sure field level security is not set to read only

     

    Lastly if you recently changed the page layout from read only to editable then do a forced refresh of the browser or ask the user to log out and log back into Salesforce as it takes time for page layout changes to be reflected. They no longer reflect immediately in lightning since performacne improvement steps were taken in Winter '20
