Text size in gmail? Anyone? Mailchimp pulls it off everytime! Why not pardot?

I have spent a week trying to replicate mailchimp's beautiful emails in pardot. No luck. I even copied the html verbatum into the editor. The text on gmail mobile is unreadable and therefore, the platform is only about 38% deliverable to our customers. Please fix asap. Thanks!

    It sounds like an issue with responsive vs unresponsive design (responsive being the html knows what it's being viewed on and adjusts itself accordingly).

     

    That means either using media queries in your html or choosing one of the out of the box responsive templates in Pardot.

    I'd try using one of the responsive templates or, when exporting your html from mailchimp, be sure to include the media queries so your emails behave correctly across all devices.
