I'd like to create a bucket field to create regions so I can then withdraw statistics regarding cases. I have a list of countries that I need to include in each region. Unfortunately some of the countries do not exist on the list when I edit a bucket field:
This does not allow me to create the regions correctly.
Is the list of countries somehow connected with the cases we receive? What I mean is if the above shown list contains only these countries which we received cases from?
I'd really appreciate your assistance.

I would use CASE -- it is easier to write and results in a smaller formula so you can fit more choices if needed.
