
I am new to salesforce. I am trying to solve an issue for our SVP of sales. They want a report to check on a users activity for weekly 1/1 meetings.
We have our sales managers record activities (email, call, meeting, entertainment) in an account or opportunity.
Is there a way to create a report that shows weekly activity per user including what activity was completed for an account/opporunity?

Yes, you can use a standard Activities report to get what you want. Just click on the Reports tab, click New Report, and select the Activities report type folder and seleclt "Task and Events" report type. From here you can summarize or filter by user as well as include the Related To and Name fields in the report results to show who or what each activity is related to.
