I am wondering how do you all keep track of ideas/request and roadmap of improvements in SFDC. "Ideas" was great in Classic, but that does not/will not work in LEX.
Thoughts?

Depending on the functionality you need, you could try a couple of things:
- - build a simple custom object to allow users to submit feedback
- - utilize Cases to allow users to submit tickets for system improvement ideas
- - use Chatter and groups to capture feedback
- - check out the AppExchange for existing products such as this one (free): https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000FOmptUAD
With the first 2 options, you would probably have more control over the user experience - you can use things like Record Types and quick actions to make submitting ideas easier.
If you go with Chatter, you could also use voting and polls to prioritize ideas (not as robust as OOTB Ideas, but you'd get some of that functionality)
