i am not able to add entitlement tab to my product so can anyone can me out

Hi Lakshman,
If you need to add an Entitlement Template related list to a Product page layout, then in lightning, go to Setup | Object Manger | product | Page layouts | Select 'Related list' from the top left palette and drag and drop 'Entitlement Template' related list from the list.
