The Sharing funciton is not available on my Lead Edit view, nor am I able to share leads among users in a Group. I have been able to grant read/write access for Accounts and Opportunities among group members, but cannot figure out how the group members can see one another's leads.
All users within the group are set up as Sales Managers.

Do you not see the Sharing button on the Lead record page? It's probably not added to the page layout. You need to Edit Layout from the top right corner of your Lead record page and then drag and drop the Sharing button onto the button area.
Please remember that you can only do this if you are the System Administrator.
