I would like to keep track on historical currency rates in SF. I update currencies manually every month and I would like automatically copy the old currency rates in another Customer SF Object. Is it possible to use for example Process Builder to capture the rates upon changing them?

Hi. Due to limitations with Rollups I have not activated Advanced model. I have created additonal fields on Opportunity to capture Rate and Currency Value. Most likely I will create a scedule process that captures Currency Rate from any Opportunity during a month after the rates been added beginning of each month.
