They use M-Files for a central Document management system.
M-Files has an AppExchange tool but it does not look very reliable / up to date, based on zero revies.
What are your thoughts about how to move Service Cloud documents to Document management system easy?

FTP Attachments™ can store your attachments/files on your FTP/Secure FTP/ Amazon S3/Local Disk instead of storing it on Salesforce servers.
