Checkbox ISCHANGED and new value is TRUE - formula help

Hi, I need a formula to read as true if either checkbox A or B are changed to TRUE. 

 

I have so far:

 

AND( 

 

OR( 

 

ISCHANGED(Checkbox_A__c),(Checkbox_A__c) = TRUE), 

 

ISCHANGED(Checkbox_B__c)),(Checkbox_B__c) = TRUE))

 

But can't get it to work. I have the AND because I need both to be true; that it changed and the new result is True, and the OR because I need to to be true if either or both of the fields change to True.

    Try something like this 

     

     

    OR(
    AND(
    ISCHANGED(Checkbox1),
    Checkbox1 = TRUE),
    AND(
    ISCHANGED(Checkbox2),
    Checkbox2 = TRUE)
    )
