"Disable Customer User" pop up - where can I translate this?

Question

Hi, I'm unable to translate the pop up text for "Disable Customer User" - I have changed my language settings to German and looked through the Translation Workbench to find where I can update this field.

All buttons related to "Disable Customer User" are translated, but the heading is proving a challenge (please see below)

Can someone please shed some light on how to get this section translated or is this a known issue?

Hi Jasmine,

I'm also unable to translate that notification header in my org and this is nowhere to be found in the translation workbench. I found these ideas which are somehow related to our issue. Please vote.
