Hi Shannon - There is a few different ways to get at this data. If you want you can extract this data, leveraging our Data Extract Activity in Automation Studio (https://help.marketingcloud.com/en/documentation/exacttarget/interactions/activities/data_extract_activity/). You can get at Opens, Clicks, etc. You can also pull that data back into our application as well.
But you don't have to extract it, you can also query this data as well with our data views in Automation Studio (https://help.marketingcloud.com/en/documentation/exacttarget/interactions/activities/query_activity/).
