Is there a way to turn off the compact case feed in the Lightning Service Console? I see in the Release Notes that this is the default behavior now but my colleguges would like all posts to be expanded by default. Is there anywhere I can change this setting? Turning off compact feed via the Feed View menu does not seem to make any difference.

Hi Jordan,
I'm not sure you can turn it off in Lightning since it is actually a Lightning component separate from the case layout. I believe this is called Chatter component, and there is another component "Chatter Feed" that you can add on the Case lightning page which seems to be an expanded version, but it doesn't display the case quick actions.
