Hello everyone I am having a predicament with my Customer Community.

My organization has recently acquired Community Plus licenses for the few Parent Users that we have that need to see and create Cases for Child Accounts. This is currently working, what is not working is normal Community Login users are unable to see these Cases being created by the Community Plus users.

Community Login users do have access to see all Cases on their Account as they can see Cases created by other Community Login users on their Account. They do not have the ability to see the Cases created by the Community Plus users though and I have no idea why.

I am currently utilizing Sharing Rules for my Community Plus users to see all Accounts and Cases on their own Accounts and Child Accounts. I am utilizing Sharing Sets for Community Login users so they have Read/Write access to all Cases that share the same Account as they do.

Does anyone have an idea of what the issue could be here? I have been investigating for about a week without any luck. Thanks in advance!

So to reiterate what you are saying that I understand, Community Login users can only see Cases created by other users of the same Account?

    Example:

Parent User A is associated to Parent Account A.

Account B is a child of Parent Account A.

User B and User C are associated to Account B.

User B and C can only see each other's Cases because they are both directly tied to Account B but they CANNOT see User A's Cases because they are directly tied to Parent Account A.

Is that essentially what you mean? How do I make it so Community Login Users can also see these tickets created by User A? It looks like I can only apply one sharing set for Accounts for Community Login users.
