Webform updating existing Contact / WF Updating Task Information

Hubspot Webform updates existing Contact information: If an existing Contact submits a webform, the webform fields will update the mapped Contact fields , and create a Task.  I'm trying to build a PB workflow to update the Task's record type , and populate a Task custom field. It's not working , and I believe  it's because a workflow cannot be trigger by another workflow? Can this only be accomplilshed via Apex? Any suggestion?

      It's not working. My workflow Rule is Task Record Type = X > Action: update Marketing To Do ( Text) with assigned to first & last name.

     

    It's not working. My workflow Rule is Task Record Type = X  > Action: update Marketing To Do ( Text) with assigned to first & last name. The WF only works if the Task is created in Salesforce , not if the Task is generated from Hubspot.

     

    Very strange.
