HTML Subject Line

I'm trying to update a Task Subject line via Process Builder , but can't seem to find an effective way to separate the fields. + , - , &" "& isn't working? What am I missing?

 

"Weblead:" &" "& TEXT([Contact].Account.BillingCountryCode)  &" "&TEXT([Contact].Firm_Description__c)  &" "& ( [Contact].FirstName) &" "& ([Contact].LastName) &" "& ([Contact].Account.Name)

    Hi All.

     

    The below formula provides field breaks in the Task subject line.  Process Builder

     

    "Weblead:" + ([Contact].Account.BillingCountry )

     

    &SUBSTITUTE($Label.NewLine,"-","")& " "+"- "+ 

     

    TEXT([Contact].Firm_Description__c)

     

    &SUBSTITUTE($Label.NewLine,"-","")&" "+"- "+

     

    ([Contact].FirstName)

     

    &SUBSTITUTE($Label.NewLine,"-","")&" "+" "+

     

    ([Contact].LastName)

     

    &SUBSTITUTE($Label.NewLine,"-","")&" "+"- "+

     

    [Contact].Account.Name
