I am stumped trying to figure out the formula necessary to achieve this metric. I would like to create a dashboard that displays the % of "# of Stores with Main POG" that are in the "Contract Accepted = Y" status.

Hi Claudia,
You could create a row level formula (change the field names as needed by using the field on the left hand side of the formula panel and clicking INSERT):
IF(Contract_Accepted="Y", #.ofStoresMainPOG,0)
Now you can create a summary formula returning a percentage:
RowLevelFormula:SUM/#.ofStoresMainPOG:SUM
