Moving Triggered Emails to Content Builder

Question

When we're ready to move an email used in a Triggered Send over to Content Builder, will the Triggered Send definition automatically map to the new Content Builder version, or will I need to go in and pause, reselect the Content Builder version, then restart the Triggered Send? Another other tips for moving active Triggers over to Content Builder?
