Hello I want to build logic to send an email to our sales team to remind them to check if they have opps in the month to close or move them, this should run on the 25th of each month, to help with forecasting.
Criteria =
Run on 25th of each month
Opportunity:Close Date = THIS MONTH
Opportunity Closed = False
Is this possible if how would the formula look:
AND
( DAY(TODAY()) = 25,
MONTH(CloseDate) = MONTH(TODAY()),
IsClosed =False)

What object are you basing this off of? If it's the Opportunity, it seems like you'll send them an email for each one. Instead, I'd consider a report subscription or schedule or using Flow to count the number of Opportunities that meet your criteria and send a single email.
