Uninstall app installed in wrong place

Working beginning lesson in Trailblazer.  Accidentally installed DreamHouse app to my organization instead of my playground.  Now can't install in playground because error says it already exists for my org and tells me to uninstall.  I go to my organization account and the only place it shows is the app launcher where I can change the order of the apps.  It's not on the installed package list so I can't uninstall it from there.  How do I uninstall it?

    I did what you suggested, but nothing shows up under Installed Packages, so there's nothing to Uninstall. Seems like I'm in a catch 22 - can't install it in playground because it thinks it's already installed, but when I check my ORGANIZATION account it's not showing as installed. Please help. Thank you.
