Hi SF Community,

I am trying to build out a custom functionality where a sales rep can request a professional services request via an opportunity. (For us a professional services request would be a tableau report). 

I've played around in my sandbox to test out custom objects, but would love to hear anyone's thoughts on best practices to build this functionality out for my sales team.

    I belive the custom object field. We already leverage cases through our system and it would muddy up the process
