Is there a way to allow attachments on Web-to-Lead?

We need to allow Service Technicians to upload images to the Lead contact form. We are using the standard Web-To-Lead. Is there a way to allow these attachments or files to be uploaded and then feed to the lead in Salesforce? *We use Lightning.
