The formula from the AND(OR( to the end works perfectly for ALL opportunities but I need to update this to trigger based on only two opportunity record types.
What did I do wrong when adding the IF(OR( statement to account for the two record types ID's?
IF(OR(RecordTypeId= "012i00000011juD")," RecordTypeId = "012i00000011juh"),
AND (OR(
ISBLANK( Project_Overview__c ),
ISBLANK( Proposed_Solution__c),
ISBLANK( Anticipated_Client_Benefits__c )),

You actually don't need an IF and rather try this: AND(
OR(
RecordTypeId = "012i00000011juD",
RecordTypeId = "012i00000011juh"
),
OR(
ISBLANK(Project_Overview__c),
ISBLANK(Proposed_Solution__c),
ISBLANK(Anticipated_Client_Benefits__c)
),
ISPICKVAL(StageName, "Welcome Kit/Kick-Off Completed")
)
