Help w/ ISCHANGED DATE workflow rule

Well on you WFR you should be having this:

• Evaluation Criteria : created and every time it's edited

• Rule Criteria : formula evaluates to true

• Formula : 

  AND(
      Support_Needed__c = TRUE,
      OR(
          ISNEW(),
          ISCHANGED(Support_Needed__c)
      )
  )
  

• Field Update Formula will just be:

  TODAY()
