for some reason my image url is changed from:
https://c.cs16.content.force.com/servlet/servlet.ImageServer?id=015f00000001WOe&oid=00Df0000002M89a&lastMod=1397658984000
To the below:
https://c.cs16.content.force.com/servlet/servlet.ImageServer?id=015f00000001WOe&oid=00Df0000002M89a&lastMod=1397658984000
Since my URL is changed, my image does not show up on my email template.
Any Ideas?

Side note, even when I select the HTML template and call the field, it will post the following URL: <https://c.cs16.content.force.com/servlet/servlet.ImageServer?id=015f00000001WOe&oid=00Df0000002M89a&lastMod=1397658984000>
